Hair extension techniques, which have advanced significantly over the years, have become more popular than ever before. If you have experienced thinning or chemically damaged hair or just want the longer and/or fuller hair you have always craved, hair extensions are the perfect choice.
As a master hair extension specialist and colorist, I serve a wide range of clients within and outside Southern California. I choose custom extensions for each client using top quality, real human hair imported from Italy and Russia to give clients the most beautiful, natural looking results. The hair extensions, which come in a wide range of colors and textures, can be reused for up to a year.
For clients wanting color and hair extensions, we start by selecting the right hair color. We then choose matching hair extensions taking into account the texture of your hair. The end result is flawless, gorgeous hair.
Over the years, I have tried many types of hair extensions. Based on my experience, I currently offer two hair extension application techniques, Micro Bead and Tape-In.
The approach I most often recommend is the “permanent” Micro Bead technique which takes 30 to 120 minutes to install. Your hair will feel great and move more naturally than with other types of hair extensions. Leveraging this technique, I can place individual pieces of hair; avoid the use of glue, heat, and chemicals when I attach the hair extensions, preventing hair damage; and give clients a striking multicolor look.
Additionally, the Micro Bead technique: 1) is quick and easy to install and remove without utilizing chemicals, 2) can be adjusted as your hair grows, and 3) can be rapidly reattached if strands loosen or fall out over time. To take off the strands, I just slide the hair extensions out. No discomfort, pain, or damage to your hair.
The Tape-In approach works best for clients with either thinning or long hair who do not need many hair extensions placed. The application is easy and the service only takes 15 to 60 minutes. Using this approach, you will gain a fabulous “permanent” result that looks much more natural than store-bought Clip-In hair extensions.
When you arrive for your hair extensions appointment, you must have clean, dry hair containing no products such as oils, silicone, or conditioners.
Your hair extensions will last up to a year with continual wear provided they are properly maintained. You will need to wash them and have them adjusted during follow-up appointments every six weeks.
To extend the life of your hair extensions, I recommend and sell specific types of brushes as well as shampoos, conditioners, and styling products. During your first hair extensions appointment, I will help you select the right products for your hair type and texture.
As with your natural hair, you can blow-dry, flatiron, curl, braid, and swim with your new hair extensions. You will just need to avoid products that contain oil or silicone.

For highlights and lowlights, I carefully blend varied shades to create sensational results. A weave or highlights are the best choice for clients wanting traditional, symmetrical highlights.
I also offer two hair coloring techniques that are quickly gaining in popularity, Balayage and Flamboyage. When used by an experienced, educated colorist, these techniques deliver amazing results to clients with varied hair lengths, textures, and colors including gray hair.
For Balayage the color is painted or "swept" onto the hair, yielding reduced maintenance with less noticeable regrowth lines. This technique allows the colorist to produce beautiful, softer highlights for a flattering, sun-kissed look. The colors can be bold or subtle and the shades are endless.
Flamboyage is a precise hair coloring technique in which transparent adhesive strips are utilized to color the hair, generating soft highlights. This technique gives hair the illusion of depth and dimension using vibrant colors that look natural and minimize the look of regrowth.

As an experienced stylist, I really enjoy helping clients look their best for their wedding or special event. For special occasion clients, I offer a package of two appointments, in salon and/or on-site. During the salon visit, I create a hair style to complement your veil, headpiece, or outfit, documenting the choice on film.
During your second appointment, you can either visit me in the salon or I will come on-site to your venue to style your hair, helping make your day truly memorable. On-site appointment rates include a traveling fee.
For special events, I require advance booking of one week. For weddings, I require advance booking of one month. Please inquire about special occasion service details, pricing, and availability.
